AIM is an alumni association founded in 1886 and based in Liège, Belgium. Alongside its functions as an alumni association, its main activity is the organization of scientific conferences from the academic or industrial fields. AIM can use its expertise and experience to help you organize you scientific event, in Belgium or abroad, from 50 to 2000 participants.

  • Financial risk-taking and management of the financial flow (expenses and windfall)

  • Sending of promotional emails (call for papers, registrations, etc.)
  • Set-up and management of a submission and reviewing online system
