- Reducing of material orders for office and conference furniture
- Preference for eco-friendly material (biodegradable, recycled, local,…)
- Preference for superior-quality material
- Arrangements with associations to collect and reuse unused material
- Reducing of single-use printed paper
- Preference for electronic mail and invoicing
Transportation
- Preference for public transportation for the team’s travels
- Meetings in cities and locations easily accessible by train for most participants
- Promotion of public transport itineraries to our participants
- Free public transportation pass for the duration of some conferences
- Compensation of CO2 emissions of the organizing team’s journey to the conference
Catering
- Preference for local providers using local and seasonal products
- Use of reusable or recyclable dishes and cutlery when possible
- Arrangements for waste reductions with local associations when possible
